If you'd like to delete your Loopmasters/Loopcloud account please email our Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org - they will ask you to confirm that this is what you'd like to do. Once you've confirmed this, our Team Team will delete your account and all of your details. You will receive a confirmation email once this is complete.
If you've got an active Loopcloud subscription active on your account, this will need to be cancelled before we can delete your account. Please refer to our article on how to do this here.
If you've got Loopmasters purchases on your account, it may be a good idea to make sure you've downloaded these before requesting that your account is deleted.
Please note that account deletions are permanent, and accounts cannot be reactivated once deleted.
