If you need to cancel your Loopcloud subscription at any point, you can do so here by clicking the "Cancel Subscription" link in the bottom-right corner of the Current Plan section.
You'll then be prompted to provide a reason for cancellation. Select your reason and then click "Proceed to cancel" to cancel your subscription.
Unlike other sample subscription services, you will never lose your Loopcloud points, however from November 1st, only active subscribers will be able to spend points in Loopcloud. This means that when you cancel your subscription, your points are frozen and not available for you to spend until you re-activate your subscription.
