Each Loopcloud subscription plan has a limited number of installs - this will be 2 installs for the Free, Artist and Studio plans, and 4 installs for the Professional plan. To upgrade your subscription level click here.

If our system sees a login attempt on any additional computers you will not be able to use Loopcloud on those computers, but you will still be able to use Loopcloud on the first 2 installed machines.

If you have bought a new computer, or needed to re-install your operating system we can reset your account so that you'll be able to use Loopcloud on the new computers.

This is a quick, but manual process, so please contact support and we will reset your account.
