First thing to do is check you have your username and password correct by logging into the loopmasters.com site with the same credentials.
If you still cannot log in:
- Run our diagnostics tool, which can be found HERE. Include a screenshot with your mail to support.
- Users: Find your app.log file and send it to Support HERE. You can get your app.log file by browsing to %HOMEPATH%\Roaming\Loopcloud
Mac OSX Users:
Find your app.log file (go to finder, choose Go To Folder, put ~/Library/Loopcloud in the dialog and press Enter) and send it to Support HERE.
